We're committed to a clean, respectful, and comfortable environment for every client. These simple guidelines keep every session safe and pleasant for everyone.

WHAT TO BRING

Three things, every session

Personal towels and socks help us ensure cleanliness across all sessions.

01 · STUDIO FLOOROn the floor
  • Return all equipment to its place after use
  • Wipe down equipment after every session
  • Share equipment respectfully during peak hours
  • Avoid occupying workout areas while on your phone
02 · BELONGINGSPersonal belongings
  • Keep high-value items secure at all times
  • Bring only essential items into the studio
  • Balance Bloom is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings
03 · DEVICESElectronic devices
  • Phones on silent, used discreetly
  • Take calls outside the workout area
  • Headphones at a volume that doesn't disturb others
  • No photography or recording in changing or treatment areas
04 · PHOTOGRAPHYPhotography & recording
  • Respect the privacy of clients and staff
  • Never include others without their explicit permission
  • Tripods and professional recording equipment are not permitted
05 · FOOD & DRINKFood & beverages
  • Only water inside workout and treatment areas
  • Please enjoy food outside the studio space
06 · HYGIENECleanliness & hygiene
  • Use towels on all equipment and mats
  • Wear clean socks at all times while exercising
  • Dispose of tissues and waste in the bins provided

  • Seating areas are for relaxing before or after sessions
  • Please don't use them as extended workspaces

  • Treat fellow clients and staff with courtesy
  • Maintain personal space and polite communication
  • Verbal, physical, or emotional misconduct is not tolerated
